Shipping Policy
Each tote bag from Totebrag is printed whenever an order is placed. Printing on demand rather than in bulk helps us avoid overproduction and reduce waste, which makes the environment happy.
We’re not (and never want to be!) like Amazon, and we appreciate your patience and decision to support our small business instead.
All orders will be printed, packed and shipped out within 1-3 days. Then, for orders within the United States, please allow 4-7 days (standard) or 3-7 days (economy) for delivery. For international orders, please allow 10-21 business days for delivery.
Return Policy
Had a change of heart? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, though buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please first contact us at totebrag@gmail.com.
If your tote bag has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
